Creator Policy

This policy applies to every creator with a Harbour One storefront, every creator taking part in a Harbour One campaign or commercial opportunity, and anyone acting on a creator's behalf, including managers and agencies.

It sits alongside our Terms of Service and any separate campaign or collaboration agreement. Where a campaign agreement is stricter, that agreement applies.

Creators must not purchase, generate, arrange, or knowingly use fake likes, followers, comments, views, shares, impressions, bots, engagement farms, automated interaction services, reciprocal engagement schemes, or any other artificial activity intended to misrepresent genuine reach, audience or performance.

Creators must not knowingly provide inaccurate or misleading audience, analytics or performance information to Harbour One, to customers, or to brand and agency partners, including edited screenshots or selectively presented metrics that create a false impression of organic performance.

Legitimate advertising and platform-native paid promotion — such as boosted posts or in-platform ad tools — are not prohibited. Paid reach is acceptable where it complies with the host platform's rules and is not presented as organic engagement. Where a campaign asks about paid support, answer accurately.

Harbour One has a responsibility to protect not only creators, but also customers, brands, partners and other participants on the platform from misleading engagement or performance information. Buying decisions, campaign budgets and creator earnings all rest on those numbers being real.

The principle is simple: genuine creators should never have to compete with manufactured credibility.

Harbour One may investigate activity that reasonably appears inconsistent with genuine engagement. A review may include looking at publicly available analytics, engagement patterns, campaign reporting and information you provide. We will normally contact you, explain the concern in general terms, and give you a fair opportunity to respond before any lasting decision is made.

Where a serious integrity concern is under review, Harbour One may temporarily restrict or remove Harbour One collaborations, pause promotion, or hold a campaign placement while the review is completed. Temporary measures are intended to be proportionate and for no longer than reasonably needed.

Where a serious or deliberate breach is reasonably established, Harbour One may remove collaborations, stop promotion, restrict marketplace privileges or features, suspend participation, or terminate the creator's participation in Harbour One, in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.

Action taken will be proportionate to what actually happened, taking into account whether the conduct was deliberate, whether it was repeated, and its effect on customers or partners. Decisions are recorded with a reason. Where practicable we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy first, and you may ask us to review a decision.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, and nothing here should be read as giving Harbour One unlimited or unreviewable termination rights.

This policy carries a version number and effective date shown above. Existing creators are required to acknowledge the current version before entering any future Harbour One campaign, collaboration or commercial opportunity. Acknowledgement is recorded against your Harbour ID.

If you believe engagement or performance information on Harbour One is being misrepresented, you can report it to the Harbour One team. Reports are handled confidentially. Reports made in bad faith may themselves be treated as a breach.
